Marian Wright is an educator and strategist who works with schools to explore and design future-focused change that keeps people at the centre. She founded Coherence Co-Lab to help schools align moving parts and priorities in the present, while maintaining an awareness of the future.
An experienced leader and former classroom teacher, Marian has led multi-site projects that transformed the way schools and systems approach strategy, learning design, and post-school futures. Through her speaking and writing, she inspires others to approach education in new and thoughtful ways.
Marian’s work draws on the fields of futures thinking, systems thinking, behavioural science, and human-centred design to equip schools with practical, innovative tools and strategies for change. She believes education is critical to shaping our future, and that reimagining how we do it requires humans to think with curiosity and imagination.
Marian holds qualifications in education, and has completed postgraduate study in leadership, learning analytics, and human-centred systems design.
